Mass phenomenon: disorientation

find ways
make sense

Nowadays, young people have a wide range of possibilities: travelling, working or chilling out, internships, an FSJ or FÖJ, an apprenticeship or study. The big question is only what and in what order.Finding the right thing is incredibly difficult for many people. Because information and knowledge alone do not create orientation. Some people get lost in this sea of possibilities. This can lead to pressure to perform, fear of the future and blockades. To make matters worse, digitisation and globalisation are radically changing the world of work and life. As a result, today's professional biographies differ fundamentally from those of the past.

A sea of possibilities

We create
orientation

Especially the transition from school to the new phase of life represents a threshold situation within the family.
The ambivalence of autonomy and adaptation, of detachment and attachment can trigger contradictory emotions in all family members and cause excessive demands. In this situation we offer help and support.
Our study & career counselling is not only there to provide orientation for the right choice of study, training or career, but also to avoid paralysis, self-doubt, family conflicts or depression, change of subject or dropping out.

We offer the right framework for reflection and self-exploration. Self-efficacy is made tangible, judgement and self-confidence are strengthened, clarity is created and finally the ability to act is made possible.
